We aim to create deep, long-standing relationships with our communities and have a measurable impact over time. In 2020, we established an Empowerment Fund to support women and non-binary people's access to skills through traditional or non-traditional education.
In 2022, we launched “A Year of Action”—a committee of like-minded brands created in partnership with Don't Ban Equality—to use our voice and reach to help protect access to reproductive healthcare and advocate for equal rights.
